In a world where data drives business and technology is reshaping the rules of the game, the BUSINESS AND DIGITAL ANALYTICS study programme will prepare you for roles at the intersection of analysis, innovation, and modern management.
This programme is designed for individuals who:
- are interested in business, digital marketing, and e-commerce,
- see their future in global corporations, technology companies, or modern organisations operating in Poland and abroad,
- wish to develop competencies valued in the era of digitalisation, AI, and Industry 4.0,
- aim to work in international and multicultural environments.
The programme emphasises the integration of creativity, critical thinking, empathy, and agile decision-making – key attributes of today’s business leaders.
What will you learn when studying BUSINESS AND DIGITAL ANALYTICS at our Faculty?
- analyse data and derive actionable insights from it
- conduct market research (both qualitative and quantitative)
- assess the effectiveness of a company’s activities and its competitive position
- build measurement systems for websites, e-commerce platforms, and social media
- work with tools such as Google Analytics and other analytical platforms
- design business models in the digital environment
- analyse the profitability of business activities and investments
- perform company valuations
- assess companies’ ability to compete and generate value
- create clear and effective data visualisations
- prepare reports for managerial staff and executive boards
- present data in a way that supports business decision-making
- use IT tools and digital solutions for data analysis

Classes are delivered by both academic lecturers and business practitioners with extensive experience in business and in working for the world’s largest corporations, including:
- prof. dr hab. Robert Kozielski – an expert in strategy, marketing, and business effectiveness.
- prof. dr hab. Grzegorz Urbanek – an expert in enterprise valuation analysis.
- dr hab. Tomasz Czapla, prof. UŁ – a specialist in market research and data analytics.
- dr hab. Leszek Bohdanowicz, prof. UŁ – a practitioner in finance and business modelling.
- dr Aleksandra Majda-Kariozen – a specialist in market research and consumer behaviour.

Profile of the graduate
As a graduate of the BUSINESS AND DIGITAL ANALYTICS programme, you will be able to:
- analyse data from multiple sources and transform it into actionable business recommendations,
- design measurement systems for digital activities (websites, social media, e-commerce platforms),
- use data and information to uncover market insights, support strategic and operational decision-making, and optimise financial and market performance,
- assess the effectiveness of market and financial activities,

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
The programme is intended for a group of 30-35 students. Participation in the programme requires that a tuition fee is paid by all students: from the EU (including Poland) and from outside of the EU.
