Fees for studies are paid by the student into individually-ascribed virtual banking account and within deadlines determined by the Rector's Regulation no. 19 of 26.10.2020. The date of payment is the date of it actually appearing on the University's banking account. Not paying within a deadline results in interests. Paying the relevant fee is a condition for undertaking the exam session.
The deadlines for payments for classes on part-time first-cycle and second-cycle studies as well as on English-language full-time studies are as follows:
PAYMENTS BY INSTALLMENTS:
- 15th October;
- 15th November;
- 15th December;
- 25th February;
- 15th March;
- 15th April;
- 15th May.
FULL PAYMENTS WITH AN ALLOWANCE FOR A SEMESTER:
- 15th October;
- 25th February.
Paying the one-time fee until 15th October for the winter semester and until 25th February for the summer semester results in 2,5% of allowance, for each semeter (the one for which the payment was made). Paying the one-time fee until 15th October results in 5% of allowance, for each year (the onbe for wach the payment was made).
- The fee for issuing the student's card:
- 22 PLN (for students who began the studies in the 2019/2020 academic year and later)
- Payment for issuing a duplicate of the student's card:
- 33 PLN (for students who began their studies in the 2019/2020 academic year and later)
For issuing a duplicate of the electronic student's card the fee is twice as high as for issuing the original card.
(for students who began their studies in the 2019/2020 academic year or later):
The graduate does not pay for issuing a diploma with the supplement as well as two certified copies.
There is a fee of 20 PLN for issuing one copy of:
- an additional certified copy in a foreign language,
- an additional supplement in a foreign language,
- a duplicate of the diploma,
- a duplicate of the supplement.
There is a fee of 26 PLN for certifying documents by the University.
