Project Objectives
The project aims to develop an innovative model of Social Entrepreneurship Co-creation Hubs (SEHUBS) designed for social organisations working with disadvantaged groups or addressing social challenges in various fields such as culture, sport, employment, and others. The model is also being tested for its practical applicability in local contexts.
The SEHUBS Co-creation Hubs operate as institutions of non-formal education and training, providing support to the management and operational staff of social enterprises with diverse profiles of activity. The beneficiaries of these hubs — the social enterprises themselves — represent good practice examples in promoting social inclusion.
The SEHUBS Hub model responds to the following needs:
- Capacity-building within the social entrepreneurship sector, particularly in developing inclusive approaches for employees;
- Exchange of experience and knowledge regarding the integration of innovative, non-formal, inclusive, and skills-based training programmes implemented by social enterprises among their target groups;
- Increasing social recognition of and trust in the activities of social enterprises.
