European Accounting Week na Wydziale Zarządzania UŁ

The University of Lodz Faculty of Management hosted the European Accounting Week on 11-16 March 2024. The event has been organised annually in the member countries of the ETAP network since 1999 and co-financed by the Erasmus+ BIP programme.

Accounting classes (lectures and workshops), cultural meetings and sightseeing in Lodz (EC1, Central Museum of Textiles in Łódź, Księży Młyn, Off Piotrkowska, Manufaktura Shopping Centre) were attended by 83 students from 14 different countries, 6 students from the Faculty of Management of the University of Lodz and 25 lecturers from 15 countries (Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Italy, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Hungary, Czech Republic, Portugal, Spain, Greece, Austria, Finland).

The event at the Faculty of Management of the University of Lodz was organised by Dr hab. Halina Waniak-Michalak, Associate Professor at the University of Lodz from the Department of Accounting with the support of the University of Lodz Faculty of Management students, i.e.: Patryk Spiesz, Justyna Łazarz, Mohamed Ettalibi H'Mam, Jakub Jabłoński, Kornelia Kunka, Wiktoria Tyluś, who helped international students acclimatise to Lodz.
