About the Internship:
As a part of the International Office, you'll contribute to international student events, manage vibrant social media campaigns, and assist with daily communications and administrative tasks. The team promotes global student mobility and strategic partnerships—and now it's leveling up its social media presence.
Who Can Apply:
Open to students from all faculties with a creative spark and solid English skills.
You should be:
- Eligible for an Erasmus+ traineeship grant for the entire traineeship period
- Fluent in English (spoken and written, B2/C1 level)
- Experienced with social media and digital tools
- Globally minded—international experience is a plus!
Your Responsibilities:
- Communicate with students and partner universities
- Support and help organize events like Welcome Week, International Study Abroad Fair, and Snack&Chat
- Manage social media accounts: drafting texts, photos and videos for social media
- Help with general administrative tasks
Internship Details:
- Start Date: summer 2026 or anytime during the academic years 2026/2027
- Duration: 4 to 6 months (ideally one semester)
- Schedule: 35 flexible hours/week, Monday to Friday
