In compliance with the University of Lodz Rector’s Regulation No 47 of 17 January 2023 on the organisation of the registration process of data in the University Achievement Information System "ScienceON", University of Lodz Library is the coordinator of activities related to the ongoing registration of the publication achievements of the UL employees, doctoral students, students and non-employees affiliated to the University of Lodz.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that the previous database Bibliography of publications by University of Lodz employees (Expertus) was closed on 30 September 2022. The database is no longer updated and contains only archival data.
As part of the preparatory work for the launch of the system:
- 55 391 publications were migrated from the Expertus system to the ScienceON system,
- 30,888 publications from the period 2017-2022 were made public.
Currently:
- publications from 2012-2016 are being successively revised,
- ongoing work on publications from 2023 is in progress,
- training is planned for the University of Lodz staff and doctoral students on how to add publications to the ScienceON system.
